Principal user experience consultant

Stuart has been designing for interactive customer experiences since graduating from his first degree in 1995.

Originally from a visual design background, Stuart moved into interaction and experience design following work within various visual and service design agencies and completing an MA at in Interaction Design at the Royal College of Art.

In addition to agency life, Stuart has managed various in-house UX teams, including at Orange UK and digital channel management and strategy for Local Government.

As a Principal Consultant at Flow, Stuart works closely with clients to create the best outputs for their needs – including strategy and design-driving insight, customer segmentation, design, and evaluation. He has done this for a range of clients that include the BBC, Nokia, Unilever, Network Rail, and GlaxoSmithKline.

Stuart's interests centre on creating excellent customer experience across channels and touchpoints, and by crafting ongoing, sustainable value for business and customers through service design and strategic thinking approaches.
