Consultancy job opportunities
We have several opportunities available for talented, experienced, inspiring characters as either user experience consultants (UXCs) or principal consultants (PCs).
User experience consultants
UXCs develop, conduct, analyse and report primary user research intended to drive end-user requirements for web sites and other interactive products. As well as research, the UXC role also deals with information architecture, interaction design, page-level content organisation, navigation, and prototype creation.
UXCs must also be familiar with secondary research sources and literature on user-centred design. The work may include focus group studies, ethnographic research, usability evaluations, questionnaire studies and other forms of research designed to gather end-user requirements. They are also responsible for iterative usability testing to be conducted throughout the production process.
As a contributor to a multi-disciplinary project, you will work closely with team members to deliver user-centred interaction design and research recommendations. You will work with planning, visual design, technology and project management team members.
Principal consultants
PCs are responsible for continued project execution but have greater expertise with user experience methods and techniques. As such they have an additional responsibility for supporting business development activities and supervising projects. PCs play a contributing role to the leadership of Flow, helping grow the consultancy talent capability by mentoring and training juniors.
