Site help and accessibility

We've tried to make this website easy for as many people as we can, and make it work with all kinds of technology.

Things that might help:

You can make the font size bigger using your browser's text size feature.

We've given the pages a meaningful tab order - so you can hit the Tab tab key to jump from link to link.

There are some page navigation links hidden at the top of every page. If you're using a screen reader or a text-only browser, you'll spot those links straight away. If you're using a graphical browser, you can hit Tab when the page loads and the navigation links will appear.

We've used meaningful HTML mark-up. All the headlines are done using H2 and H3 tags. So if you're using a screen reader you can skip to the next section heading easily (Alt+Insert+2 on JAWS).

There are some access keys to help you get around without the aid of a mouse. You need to use different key combinations for different browsers: Firefox 2.0.1: Alt + Shift + access key; IE7 and 6: Alt + access key (release both keys) + Enter, Safari: Control + access key.

The keys:

  • 1: Home page
  • 3: Site map
  • s: skip to main content
  • t: top of page
  • b: bottom of page

If there's something about the site that you find confusing, or something that doesn't work, please let us know so that we can fix it. Please send an e-mail to info@flow-interactive.com.

We're compliant to AA standard with WCAG 1.0 and we think that accessibility and standards compliance is really important. But accessibility statements are a bit of an odd business really, so we'll leave it at that.
