Our facilities
Flow's research labs are at our offices in Clerkenwell, London.
- 4 purpose-built observation labs with one-way mirrors and video links
- Testing in office or living room style environments.
- Separate waiting areas for observers and respondents
- Up to 10 observers
- Picture-in-picture DVD recording of test sessions
- Camera and video equipment for testing a variety of platforms (PC, iTV, mobile, etc)
- Eye tracking is offered when it will add value to a project
- Streaming video of test sessions, for if you can't make it in to observe in person
Mobile facilities
We have two digital mobile labs and one analogue mobile lab. These enable us to conduct usability tests just about anywhere.
We can test in your offices, and we're also used to setting up and working in market research studios around the UK and the world.
International work
We have a network of international partners who have helped us conduct usability testing across Europe, the Americas, Australia and Asia on numerous occasions.
Other facilities
Our training facilities enable us to conduct courses and workshops for up to 16 participants.
We also have eight project 'war rooms', where project teams can create an immersive environment for large interaction design or analysis projects.
