How it works
Following a briefing from you about your product and your target users, we assess your product against:
- Best practice interface usability standards,
- Expected user needs,
- Specific business objectives and other criteria you identify.
Expert evaluation is less accurate and thorough than usability testing. It relies on opinion and expertise alone, so there's no hard evidence of usability problems. But it's a low-cost way to pre-empt major usability problems and obtain a expert, impartial perspective on your product.
Results
We identify usability problems and grade their severity from minor through major to very serious. For every issue, we generate recommendations for short- and long-term improvements. Where appropriate we produce illustrated solutions.
An expert evaluation can be delivered as a report or a presentation, depending on the needs of your project. Findings can also be delivered as part of a larger design workshop.
