
Chandra Harrison MSc
User experience consultant
Chandra joined Flow after undertaking a PhD in HCI at the University of York, where she explored emotional user experience using eye-tracking.
Over the past six years she has held user-centred design, research and testing roles for a range of companies world wide. In New Zealand, she worked for Pulse Data, a company that develops assistive technology for visually impaired people. In The United States, she worked for Siemens Research evaluating domestic appliances and healthcare software. And in the UK, she has worked on a variety of projects including usability testing of a shipboard meteorological system and research and user testing for elevator interfaces.
Chandra has also lectured in HCI at University of York and City University London and published several research papers at international conferences. She has an MSc in Applied Experimental Psychology. Her PhD thesis has been submitted for review.
